How It Works
We collect each week on the same day as the city. The only difference? You can choose what gets picked up – Garbage, Recycling, Specialty Recycling!
When you can’t fit all your garbage in the bin on collection day, or you’re a week away from recycling and your bin is already full, put it in a bag and Trash N Dash will pick it up!
We eliminate bi-weekly pickup by ensuring you have an option for garbage and recycling collection every week.
Bags, Not Bins
On your regular city collection day, bring your bag(s) to the curb with your city bins – just leave them 5-10′ behind the bins so they are still within your property line (don’t leave bags on the street).
Our collection team will take care of the rest!

Garbage

Specialty Recycling
We currently accept certain Glass and Flexible Plastics products. Please note, these items must be in their own transparent bag, separate from standard recycling.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your garbage/recycling plan at anytime by submitting a cancellation request from our contact page. Your plan will be cancelled at the conclusion of your current term. For more details on cancellations and other policies, please read our Terms of Service.
What happens if I'm signed up for one bag/week but I have more bags occasionally?
No problem! If you consistently have more than 1 bag of garbage or recycling per week, we recommend moving up to the next collection tier. If you just have an extra bag on occasion, it will be charged on your next bill – no need to notify us ahead of time!
If I haven't used up my bag amount this month, do the extra bags roll over to next month?
No, however, you can have multiple bags picked up each week; so if you miss a week or two, you can leave more bags out next time to use up your monthly total.
What type of garbage & recycling do you collect?
We collect standard household garbage, regular recycling, and recyclables not accepted by city collection. To see what type of garbage and recycling we collect, click on one of the following links:
Note: Regular recycling and specialty recycling must not be mixed! All recycling must be in clear or transparent blue bags.
What size of bags do you accept?
1 bag = 90-135L, no more than 30 pounds.
Extra large construction bags and bags weighing over 30 pounds will be charged at 2x regular rate or may be left behind at the discretion of the collection driver.
Do you pick up bulky items like furniture and appliances?
Yes we do! Trash N Dash also offers junk removal and bin rentals! You can Request a Quote or call us to schedule your junk removal.
