Welcome to Trash N Dash Kamloops Ltd.! By signing up for our services, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Trash N Dash Kamloops Ltd. (“the Company”) offers garbage and/or recycling collection services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, as selected by the Customer. The Customer agrees to:

• Properly bag all garbage and recycling materials.
• Ensure only accepted items are placed for pickup.
• Place the bags in the designated collection area by the scheduled pickup time.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

1. Proper Bagging and Sorting: All garbage and recycling must be securely bagged to prevent spillage and must comply with the list of accepted materials provided by the Company.
2. Timely Placement: Bags must be placed in the designated collection area before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in missed pickups.
3. Non-Compliance Penalties: If the Customer fails to comply with the above requirements, the Company reserves the right to:
   • Skip the pickup (non-refundable).
   • Issue fines as deemed appropriate.
   • Cancel the Customer’s service after repeated non-compliance.

3. Plan Renewals and Cancellations

• Automatic Renewal: Plans renew automatically at the end of each term.
• Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel their plan at any time. Services will continue until the end of the current billing term, and the plan will not renew. Refunds are not provided for the remaining time if the plan is canceled mid-term.

4. Missed Pickups and Liability

1. Missed Pickups: The Company is not liable for missed pickups resulting from:
   • Improper bagging or sorting of materials.
   • Bags not being placed in the designated area on time.
   • Placement of non-accepted items.
2. Service Limitations: The Company is not responsible for damage to property, including but not limited to:
   • Damage caused during bag collection.
   • Damage to bins or containers used for garbage and recycling.
3. Force Majeure: The Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

5. Fees and Payment

• The Customer agrees to pay the service fees as outlined during the sign-up process.
• Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
• Fines for non-compliance, if issued, will be added to the Customer’s account.

6. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Company’s website. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Trash N Dash Kamloops Ltd.’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
